Based on the approval of Resolution No. 28013-T 23351 AH dated 11.12.2002 of the Honorable Council of Ministers and subsequent amendments, in view of meeting the necessary conditions and confirming the qualification in the comprehensive system for recognizing the qualifications of technical and executive system agents, the qualification of that company is hereby declared to carry out contracting affairs.
